    If you are not satisfied with the product and it is still within 30 days.
    Please note that the following are not eligible for return:
    Products older than 30 days.

    Record Tracking Information:
    We recommend using a trackable mailing method for the return package and keeping the mailing receipt in case of loss.

Exchange Processing: If you choose to exchange, the replacement product you request will be processed, ensuring the exchange is completed if the requested product is in stock.
  5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    Shipping costs for the initial order are generally non-refundable.
